TERMS & CONDITIONS
All items will be sold “As Is – Where Is” regardless of faults or condition.
Payment is due in full the day of the auction by Cash, Cashiers Checks, Travelers Checks, Money Orders or Personal/Company Checks. Personal/Company Checks must have a current Bank Letter of Guarantee. The Letter must read: “Name of Bank” will guarantee “$ Amount” unqualified payment to Gaston & Sheehan Auctioneers on “Account number” for “Buyer’s Name”.
All Cash, Cashiers Checks, etc. buyers will be required to make a $250 refundable cash deposit at time of registration and a immediate 25% deposit on each item purchased. All items must be removed the day of the auction.
The Auctioneer expressly disclaims, as agent and the seller, any warranty as to the fitness or usability of all the assets, and the buyer expressly waives any claim in respect to any possible future use of any assets purchases for any purpose whatsoever. The buyer does hereby assume and does agree to indemnify and hold the Auctioneers and Seller harmless from any future claim, which shall pertain to fitness or use of that asset as being purchased.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse the registration to bid of any individual and further reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. Gaston & Sheehan Auctioneers, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw items, alter the order of the sale and group lots, as it may deem appropriate. Although all information has been obtained from sources deemed reliable, the Auctioneer and Seller make no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information herein contained or contained in our catalog. It is this reason that Buyers should avail themselves of the opportunity to make inspection of the items prior to the auction. All announcements made sale day supersede all printed matter.
Checkout/Removal will begin when auction is concluded. NOTE: These terms will be strictly adhered to.
A 10% BUYER’S PREMIUM WILL BE CHARGED ON EACH ITEM. |
